These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BillerPlus ("Service"), operated by BillerPlus, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your account settings.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period at our sole discretion. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for the free trial.

If you do not cancel your Subscription before the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable Subscription fee.

4. Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify the Subscription fees at any time. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Content

Our Service allows you to upload, store, and share invoices and related documents ("Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that Content.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any fraudulent, harmful, or offensive material
  • To impersonate any person or entity
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BillerPlus, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
